Poster Sales Benefit Rebuilding Together
"Hope in Bloom" by Karen Stevens is now available as a poster from the PRC. All proceeds benefit Rebuilding Together.
Just in time for the holidays, this poster is on sale for only $15. Entitled "Hope in Bloom," it depicts a classic shotgun house and suggests that the warmth and beauty of spring are just around the corner. The artist, Karen Stevers, is a native of Michigan but a frequent visitor to New Orleans. She painted the work shortly after visiting a post-Katrina New Orleans in order to do her part in the city's recovery All proceeds will consequently be donated to Rebuilding Together, a program of the Preservation Resource Center.
