Join us for a members-only virtual tour of a beautifully restored 19th-century corner store and shotgun house complex. This project features a 2,600-square-foot commercial space plus five apartments and a freestanding single shotgun house, each available for rent. Kirk Williamson, developer with Chester Development, LLC; Jose Villeda, contractor with JLV Construction; and Jason Riggs, tax credit consultant with Historic Pro NOLA, will lead the tour and provide tips and best practices for completing a high-quality commercial renovation as an investment.
