This 12 hr. course offered by PRC and A Shared Initiative, Inc. is certified by the LA Education Collaborative. Session one will be on September 17 and the second session will be held on September 24.
It acquaints prospective buyers with the details of purchase contracts, insurance, fiscal fitness, budgeting, home maintenance, and more.
Students emerge from the program prepared to tackle a home purchase process and meet the demands of owning and caring for a home.
Class dates: September 17 & 24, 2016 on two consecutive Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at 3401 St. Claude Ave.
The deadline to register is two weeks prior or when we reach capacity.
