This three-part course focuses on how best to manage a renovation project. The first session will be held on October 11, the second will be held on October 18, and the third will be held on October 25.
Good for first-timers or anyone who wishes to become more knowledgeable by learning from experienced renovators and local professionals.
Topics covered include project management, working with city agencies, working successfully with your contractor, when to use an architect, and maintaining the historic character of your house.

First Time Renovator Training Part II is $65 / $50 for PRC members.
Space is limited and pre-registration is required. Registration includes all three nights.
