This popular program provides information about the historic house types and neighborhoods of New Orleans, best practices in historic renovation, rehabilitation tax incentives, renovation financing, and historic house research. This program will earn certification as a PRC-approved Historic House Specialist. Realtors who provide their license number will also earn 4 CE credits for Realtors from the LA Real Estate Commission. Advance registration required.
