Historic House Specialist Seminar

This popular program provides real estate agents with the specialized knowledge they need to work with clients to buy and sell historic New Orleans’ real estate. The course provides detailed information about the historic house types and neighborhoods of New Orleans as well as rehabilitation tax incentives, renovation financing, researching a historic house, and local historic district regulations. This program will earn 4 CE credits (by the LA Real Estate Commission) and certification as a PRC approved of Historic House Specialist.
