Maintain Right: Living in Your Historic New Orleans Home

Learn how to maintain and make repairs to your New Orleans home. This two-night course covers topics such as common building materials, foundations, roofs, siding, gutters, windows, doors, insulation, air-conditioning and heating, electrical, plumbing, and energy efficiency, as well as hazard mitigation, including pests, lead safety, indoor air quality, storm water management and storm preparation, and the importance of succession and contingency planning.
