Mid Mod NOLA: “Mid-Century Modern Architecture in New Orleans” Talk by John P. Klingman

John P. Klingman, Favrot Professor at the Tulane School of Architecture, will present an overview of Mid-Century Modern-style architecture. New Orleans’ Mid-Century Modern landmarks will be explored inside of one of the most important buildings left in New Orleans — the Automotive Life Insurance Building, now the Mid-City Public Library Branch.

Free and open to the public. Seating is limited and first-come, first-served, with additional standing room. Arrive early to secure a seat!

Spend the sultry New Orleans summer exploring our city’s world-class Mid-Century Modern architecture with the Preservation Resource Center, the New Orleans Architecture Foundation and DOCOMOMO US/ Louisiana!
