The Preservation Resource Center partners with the Historic District Landmarks Commission to offer this free course designed to help property owners understand the HDLC application process and avoid the frustrations experienced by some applicants. Taught by HDLC Deputy Director Eleanor Burke, this class provides an opportunity for property owners to ask questions and learn more about how to work through the HDLC process. 

This online program, presented via Zoom, is free to the public, but participants must register in advance.
