Shotgun House Month presented by Entablature Design + Build & Entablature Realty

Join the PRC for a month-long celebration of the city’s beloved shotgun houses, featuring a virtual version of our annual Shotgun House Tour showcasing five gorgeous homes and one exquisite bonus house. The tour will focus on the history of the properties, the use of space, renovation details and a Q&A session with the homeowners, contractors and designers who make these spaces come alive. In addition to the virtual Shotgun House Tour, PRC will host an incredible lineup of other virtual programs focused on the history of the shotgun house type and ways to decorate long, linear spaces.

These tours and programs are FREE to attend with a SUGGESTED DONATION of $25. Also included with a donation of $25 or greater is the enhanced Shotgun House Design Guide, filled with 3-D tours and detailed information about the paint colors, materials and products used on the featured houses.
