Historic House Specialist: New Orleans
This popular program provides detailed information about the historic house types, architectural styles and neighborhoods of New Orleans, as well as best practices in historic renovation, rehabilitation tax incentives and historic house research. This program will earn four continuing-education credits for Realtors from the LA Real Estate Commission, as well as credit towards certification as a PRC-approved Historic House Specialist, which will be awarded upon attendance at two more PRC programs.
