Hear from experienced historic renovator, Scott Veazey, who is restoring this Second Empire building which was built in 1885. This former rooming house has been vacant and blighted for over a decade, and will have a new life as an entertainment restaurant, bar, and 8-room hostel.

The 12 hour course takes place nightly from Monday, May 16, through Thursday, May 19.
