DESCRIPTION:Join the PRC\, Southkick Rolf Preservation Works\, and CICADA for this unique tax credit tour. While touring the Magnolia Mansion\, now owned by ERG\, the tax credit consultant and architect will detail project specific complications and solutions. The discussion will include how to work through the discrepancies between building code and historic rehabilitation tax credit requirements\, how to manage the addition of modern conveniences\, and more. This opportunity will allow attendees to get behind-the-scenes tips and ask their own questions. This project is made possible by a project team which includes Belladonne Holdings\, LLC as the developer\, CICADA as the architect\, LKI as the interior designer and vision team\, Southkick Rolf as the historic preservation consultants\, and Reeves Construction as the general contractor. \n\n\n\nSeating is limited and advanced registration is required for this ticketed\, in-person event.
