SUMMARY:Tchoup Hop Gala presented by Landis Construction
DESCRIPTION:The Preservation Resource Center of New Orleans invites you to Tchoup Hop\, our newly reimagined annual gala– hosted right at our headquarters on Tchoupitoulas Street. \n\n\n\nFormerly known as the Julia Jump\, this beloved fundraiser takes on a new name and a new energy\, reflecting PRC’s move and the evolution of this signature event. While the address has changed\, the heart of the evening remains the same: celebrating our mission and the people who make preservation possible. Tchoup Hop leaves behind the formal black-tie gala in favor of a spirited block party experience inspired by New Orleans favorites. \n\n\n\nGuests are invited to come dressed as you are or in your favorite New Orleans event attire—whether that means Mardi Gras flair\, White Linen Night looks\, Saints game day garb\, Jazz Fest best\, or the unmistakable energy of a riding or marching krewe. The night will feature music that gets you moving\, food and drinks inspired by local favorites\, and a unique opportunity to “shop the hop” for original art\, PRC merch and more. As our headquarters transforms into the ultimate neighborhood gathering\, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to revel and connect with fellow preservationists and celebrate the events\, traditions\, and shared culture that simply wouldn’t be the same without the backdrop of our beautiful city. \n\n\n\nThroughout the evening\, Tchoup Hop highlights PRC’s work protecting historic places\, neighborhoods\, and stories across New Orleans—reminding us that preservation is about people as much as buildings. It’s about continuity\, belonging\, and ensuring that the places we love remain vibrant and meaningful for generations to come. \n\n\n\nTchoup Hop is a celebration of where we’ve been\, where we are\, and where we’re going—together. \n\n\n\nSo come as you are (or as your most spirited self)\, grab a drink\, hit the dance floor\, and help us keep New Orleans home. \n\n\n\n\n Ticket Levels\n \n \n General Admission \n Show Answer\n \n \n \n For guests ready to hop into the heart of the celebration\, General Admission offers access to PRC’s Tchoup Hop Gala at our headquarters on Tchoupitoulas Street. \nINCLUDES: \n\nEntry to Tchoup Hop beginning at 7:00 p.m.\nLive music\, dancing\, and surprise moments throughout the evening\nFood and drinks inspired by New Orleans favorites\nAccess to the transformed PRC headquarters and neighborhood-style celebration\, including the new Tchoup Hop art gallery\n\nA festive\, come-as-you-are atmosphere celebrating New Orleans culture and community \n \n \n VIP Patron Sponsor \n Show Answer\n \n \n \n For guests looking for a top-tier Tchoup Hop experience\, the Patron Sponsor package offers elevated access\, exclusive spaces\, and special recognition—plus a few extra reasons to arrive early and stay late. \nINCLUDES: \n\nEarly VIP admission beginning at 6:00 p.m.\nAccess to VIP stage-viewing area\nSpecialty food offerings and early champagne service\nEarly viewing of the Tchoup Hop art gallery\nAccess to VIP bar and lounge areas throughout the evening\n\nSPONSOR RECOGNITION: \n\nRecognition as a Patron Sponsor on event signage\nRecognition in Preservation in Print\, PRC’s member magazine\n\n \n \n \n\n\n\nSponsorships\n\n\n\nWe have several sponsorship levels available to fit your desired exposure and budget.
