Built in the late 1880s, this vibrant Central City double shotgun is undergoing a major rehabilitation led by JLV Construction, with support from designer, Marcie Banks and architect, Rincon Design Studio. The project is utilizing Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credits managed by Historic Pro NOLA and has returned to its original use and layout as two independent rental units.
Beams & Brews offers a chance to view the property inside and out, hear from the project’s managers and enjoy free drinks.
