Formerly the Green House Inn, the 1860s building at 1212 Magazine Street will soon reopen as Heirloom Bed & Breakfast. The property is currently undergoing a full renovation, most notably of which includes the full restoration of the front façade. The building once had enclosed porches but it now, once again, boasts its Greek Revival double gallery appearance. The building is owned by the Heirloom company and the project is managed by JLV as the general contractor.
Beams & Brews offers a chance to view the property inside and out, hear from the project team and enjoy free drinks. The PRC’s Beams & Brews series is generously presented by JLV Construction, with a beams sponsorship by True Title and a brews sponsorship by Urban South Brewery.
