The Preservation Resource Center partners with the City Planning Commission to offer this free course designed to help property owners understand the CPC, including what services and resources the CPC provides and how to navigate zoning and other CPC applications. Taught by Laura Bryan, Assistant Planning Administrator, and Valerie McMillan, Principal City Planner, this class provides an opportunity for property owners to ask questions and learn more about how to work with the CPC.
