Renovators’ Happy Hour Goes to the Pythian

Join us for a special Renovators’ Happy Hour at the Pythian Building. Come enjoy refreshments and music while witnessing the exciting restoration of this nine-story building in the CBD.

The historically and culturally significant building, built in 1909 by S.W. Green for the Colored Order of the Knights of Pythia, will become a mixed-use, mixed-income development with 69 apartments, a food hall, offices, and retail space. The project is led by Green Coast Enterprises, Crescent City Community Land Trust, ERG Enterprises, Studio WTA Architects, and Landis Construction.

Plaque ceremony by the Plessy and Ferguson Foundation will precede at 4:30pm, with a performance by Givonna Joseph of OperaCréole.

Complimentary admission. Refreshments courtesy of the Pythian.
