THE REVIVAL GALA: Preservation Resource Center’s 42nd Annual Julia Jump presented by Fidelity Bank & Roth Law Firm CELEBRATES REBIRTH – of vacant spaces, forgotten corners of downtown, and the spirit that keeps New Orleans true to herself as she booms with new development and growth.

Join more than 400 guests at the Union Savings and Loan building (353 Carondelet) for a night of pre-renovation urban exploration, immersive experiences, art installations, open bar, live music, and heavy hors d’oeuvres.  Essentially, all the best features of celebrating historic preservation!

Reminder – The Revival Gala is celebrating an upcoming renovation of a currently raw space. As such, we recommend against high heel shoes as they will not agree with parts of the flooring in the building. This is an exciting departure for our annual spring event and the PRC is excited for thoughtful redevelopment of the CBD! We’ll see you there (in comfortable shoes)!

Patron Party · 7:00 — 8:00 p.m.
Gala · 8:00 — 11:00 p.m.

Start the night with a Patron Party at 7:00 p.m. in a mid-century bank lobby filled with contemporary violin stylings by Kristen Monnick. Step up to the vintage teller’s window for a welcome cocktail by Tanqueray & Ketel One and walk through the bank gate to view renovation plans as you enjoy delicious food from Catering by Laura Arrowood.

The upper floors of this gorgeous 19th century building – long forgotten and left vacant – will come alive during the Patron Party with the sounds of Lost Bayou Ramblers, a Royal Brewery beer garden, and a silent auction like no other. Surprises loom around hidden corners of the building. This event is a scavenger hunt for the senses – find another specialty cocktail by Ketel One, Bulleit, & Johnnie Walker, installations by renowned special guest artists, and fun photo opportunities.

The Revival Gala kicks off at 8:00 p.m. with music from Aurora Nealand and the Royal Roses, a rump-shaking dance party with DJ Preservation, and a live art battle featuring talented local artists who will auction off their works at the end of the night!

Come as you are or as you wish to be for an epic adieu to historic building vacancy before 353 Carondelet receives a total facelift with a renovation restoring it to its original glory in the coming year!

Wear what makes you happy – anything from cocktail attire to creative costumes. Just remember your comfortable footwear for getting around this old building!

Tickets and sponsorships for this event raise critical funds to support the PRC’s mission to preserve New Orleans’ historic architecture, neighborhoods and cultural identity through collaboration, empowerment and service to our community.
