This self-guided tour of seven private residences in the Uptown historic district showcases the livability and versatility of New Orleans’ beloved shotgun houses.

Backyard Party

Join us for a backyard party at the former home of Emile Zatarain, founder of Zatarain’s. The house is being thoughtfully renovated by Entablature Design+Build. Enjoy craft beer from NOLA Brewing; adult beverages from Seven Three Distilling Co.; and a delectable feast featuring Zatarain’s and Prime Shrimp, catered by Simone’s Market. Special guest performance by the St. Katharine Drexel Prep marching band. Rain or shine. Shotgun House Tour ticket included in Backyard Party price. Space is limited, and advance registration is recommended.
