New Orleans’ favorite spring home tour!
The Preservation Resource Center’s Spring Home Tour opens the doors to several private residences and showcases the livability and versatility of New Orleans’ beloved vernacular architecture and neighborhoods.
The Spring Home Tour is held every spring and draws preservationists and attendees from across the country. This annual event raises funds for the Preservation Resource Center. Money raised helps protect the historic architecture, neighborhoods and cultural identity of New Orleans.
Self-Guided Tour
Go at your own pace and enjoy the tour in whatever order you choose. All tour goes will receive a copy of Preservation in Print magazine which offers additional information about each featured home and a map of the area and homes on tour. Docents are stationed at all the homes on tour to answer additional questions.

Group Tickets
Groups larger than 10 enjoy a 20% discount on our nonmember ticket rate. Group tickets will be available for purchase online or by contacting Whiton Paine.
Volunteering
The Spring Home Tour simply wouldn’t be possible without the support of our volunteers! All volunteers receive a free ticket to the tour. Learn more about our volunteer opportunities here

- I am unable to attend the tour. Do you offer refunds?

The PRC Spring Home Tour is a rain or shine event, and tickets are not refundable. If you cannot use your tickets, the price paid can be considered a tax-deductible donation to the PRC.
- I am a volunteer. How do I get my free ticket?
