April 5 at 10:00am — April 6 at 4:00pm
Historic houses are a beloved part of the New Orleans’ landscape, but can they meet the needs of a modern family?
On April 5-6, 2025, the Preservation Resource Center’s Spring Home Tour, presented by Entablature Design + Build will open the doors to several private residences in Algiers Point, showcasing the livability and versatility of New Orleans’ beloved vernacular architecture.
We offer 2-ways to enjoy the tour:
Self-Guided Tour
Go at your own pace and enjoy the tour in whatever order you choose. All tour goes will receive a copy of Preservation in Print magazine which offers additional information about each featured home and a map of the area and homes on tour. Docents are stationed at all the homes on tour to answer additional questions.
Enhanced Architectural Experience
Back by popular demand! Jump the Spring Home Tour lines and enjoy a guided tour with an expert guide from NOLA Tours. These exclusive walking tours will highlight key houses along the tour route and give a deeper historical context to the homes on tour and Algiers Point.
*The Spring Home Tour is a rain or shine event. All tickets are non-refundable.
