Preservation Resource Center – New Orleans’ historic homes and neighborhoods are part of what make New Orleans what it is. And although the city continues to change, the Preservation Resource Center contributes to New Orleans’ rebuilding while honoring its architectural history. The Preservation Resource Center of New Orleans (PRC) was founded in 1974 as a non-profit organization to promote the preservation, restoration and revitalization of New Orleans’ historic architecture and neighborhoods.
