Grant Programs

Designed to help low-to-moderate income homeowners and to preserve the historic architecture and culture of our city, the Preservation Resource Center’s grant programs offer monetary assistance for exterior maintenance to homes in New Orleans.

Keeping up with home repairs can be daunting but also incredibly important. The
Preservation Resource Center offers two grant programs that offer up to $20,000 in assistance for
minor, exterior repairs to qualifying homes.

Revival Grants

The Preservation Resource Center’s Revival Grants program is designed to help both low-to moderate-income homeowners and to preserve the historic architecture and culture of our city’s oldest neighborhoods.

Historic Home Repair Grants

The Preservation Resource Center & City of New Orleans’ Historic Home Repair Grant Program is designed to help low-to-moderate income homeowners and to preserve the historic architecture and culture of our city.

Homes & Heritage Grant Program

The Preservation Resource Center & New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Foundation’s (NOJHF) Homes and Heritage Grant Program is designed to assist New Orleans’ culture bearers and to preserve the historic architecture and culture of our city.
