PRC Receives Highest Rating for Fiscal Management for the Fourth Consecutive Year Under Charity Navigator’s New, Expanded Rating System

Charity Navigator has awarded the Preservation Resource Center their highest rating for the fourth consecutive year, announced Anne Redd, PRC president. The four-star designation received by the Preservation Resource Center is shared by only two other non-profits in New Orleans, and only five statewide.

Charity Navigator is America’s premier independent charity evaluator. They help charitable givers make intelligent giving decisions by providing in-depth, objective ratings and analysis of the financial health of America’s largest charities. The award is even more significant this year, as Charity Navigator launched a new two-tiered rating system measuring financial health and accountability and transparency.

“I am proud to be the president of such a dedicated and fiscally responsible organization. This recognition is due to the hard work of our staff, board and volunteers who work tirelessly to preserve the architecture and neighborhoods that make New Orleans such a special place,” said Redd.
