MaryNell has a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Columbia University and a Master of Preservation Studies degree from Tulane University. With more than a decade of experience working as an architectural historian and historic preservationist in the private and public sectors, she has expertise in compliance with federal, state, and local cultural resources laws and regulations, architectural survey and evaluations, and historic research and documentation. Prior to joining the team at the PRC, she was a Senior Researcher with the Landmarks Preservation Commission in New York City.
