Sip a summer cocktail, mocktail or a beer on this self-guided tour and experience the best of MidMod NOLA living while mingling with fellow preservationists and MidMod aficionados. Mid-Century attire encouraged!
Get your tickets early before prices go up! Advance sale tickets can be picked-up at any of the homes on tour. Advance Ticket Pricing ends at NOON on Tuesday, June 25. Prices at the door are $30* (*Lakeshore Residents $25 with ID).

- Where does the tour start?

START AT ANY HOUSE – Pick up/Purchase your ticket (a hand fan) at the entrance to the first house you visit. You may visit the houses in any order you wish, it does not need to be in sequential order.
- When does advance ticket pricing end?

Advance Ticket Pricing ends at NOON on Tuesday, June 25. Prices at the door are $30.
- Is there a shuttle that will take me to the houses?

No, there is no shuttle for this tour.
- How far apart are the houses?

MidMod is intended to be a walking tour and there is ample on-street parking in Lakeshore. Below are distances between the houses:
- House 1 → House 2 – 0.4 miles (~9 minute walk)
- House 2 → House 3 – 0.1 miles (~3 minute walk)
- House 3 → House 1 – 0.4 miles (~9 minute walk)
There is no shuttle service between houses.
- What should I bring?

It will be HOT – please dress accordingly and bring a water bottle with you. There will be water dispensers available at the houses.
- Will there be bathrooms available?

Because there is no tour Headquarters, there are no bathrooms available at the Tour. Please keep this in mind before coming to the event and plan accordingly.
- What if it rains? Will I be refunded?

Mid Mod is a rain or shine event, there are no refunds due to weather.
- How long can I stay in each house?

The houses on Tour are relatively small, the crowd is relatively large, the timing is relatively short – please do not linger inside the houses any longer than necessary to view and enjoy these architectural gems. There will be docents in each house to answer any questions and control traffic flow. We want you to socialize, but please be courteous and do it outside of the houses.
- What beverages will be offered?

There will be festive cocktails and beer served at all 3 houses. Please dispose of any trash (cups/cans/etc.) in receptacles located at each house.
