The Preservation Resource Center invites community members to help tend to Lafayette Cemetery No. 1 at a volunteer cleanup day on Saturday, Oct. 17.
Join PRC staff and fellow volunteers for a morning of hands-on stewardship at this historic Garden District cemetery. Volunteers will help care for the cemetery grounds and contribute to the ongoing preservation of this important New Orleans landmark.
No previous experience is required. Whether you are a longtime preservation advocate, a cemetery enthusiast, a Garden District neighbor, or simply someone who wants to give back to the community, we welcome you to lend a hand.
Registration is limited and required to participate.
