Beams & Brews Presented by Inhab Goes to the Former McDonogh 30 School and WYLD Radio Station Building

Join us for a sneak peek of the renovation of the former McDonogh No. 30 School into apartments.

Owners Gordon McLeod and Paul and Kristen Leonard are bringing this historic building back to life utilizing state and federal rehabilitation tax credits, as well as a facade easement donation to the Preservation Resource Center. The project features work by the architecture firm Rome Office and general contractor CDW Services. Read more about this extensive renovation.

Guided tours at 5:45 p.m. and 6:15 p.m. Beer provided by Royal Brewery. Craft Cocktail provided by Twelve Mile Limit. Beams & Brews is presented by Inhab and generously sponsored by the Witry Collective and Hancock Whitney.
