December 18 at 12:00pm 1:00pm

Please join the Board of Directors of the Preservation Resource Center and Rep. Alonzo Knox for an open house of the newly renovated Perseverance Hall in Tremé’s Armstrong Park on Wednesday, Dec. 18 from 12 noon to 1 p.m.! This city-owned building was originally constructed in the 1820s by Free People of Color, and was the first Masonic Hall in the state of Louisiana. After languishing for 30 years, funding from the state of Louisiana and a partnership with the City of New Orleans has made its total rehabilitation possible. Please come celebrate with us and take a tour of this newly revitalized, iconic structure.
