Not many restaurants are just as famous for their location as they are for their food, but Antoine’s walks that line beautifully.

As editor Danielle Del Sol writes in the October 2015 issue of Preservation in Print, Antoine’s hold the title of the oldest family-run restaurant in the country.

“…though other restaurants in Boston and New York City may have older establishment dates, the claim of being operated by the same family for the longest belongs to this New Orleans eatery alone, and it permeates the culture of Antoine’s entire operations.”
