The New Orleans Saints honored Rebuilding Together New Orleans at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome on Sunday, September 20, 2015.
The game didnât exactly pan out the way Saints fans wanted it to, but the Rebuilding Together New Orleans team had a ball anyway.
The RTNO logo was featured prominently on the ticket for the game, and former Intake Manager Sara Moore was handed a game ball on the 50 yard line during halftime.
But the biggest surprise of the day was yet to come.
The Saints shocked Moore, who recently retired from her RTNO position, and three other âunsung rebuilding heroesâ with brand new Mercedes vehicles as part of their 10 Years Stronger Campaign.
âThis was an incredible honor,â RTNO Director Jonathan Skvarka said. âI was so proud to see Sara honored for all her hard work assisting our homeowners since the storm.â
