The PRC opens the doors to three exquisitely maintained Mid Century Modern residences in Lake Vista, a neighborhood that is a showcase for International style in New Orleans’ residential architecture. Sip a summer cocktail, mocktail or a cold beer provided by Faubourg Brewing Co. – and experience the best of Mid Mod NOLA living. Mid Century attire is encouraged!




Advance tickets:
$20 for PRC members, Lake Vista residents, and DOCOMOMO members
$25 for nonmembers.

Money generated from the event supports the PRC’s Education and Outreach, Advocacy, Revival Grants and other programs that work to preserve New Orleans’ historic architecture, neighborhoods and cultural identity.
