Sign-up for a FREE in-person 20-minute one-on-one informational session with Stephen Kroll, Planning Administrator with the City of New Orleans City Planning Commission. These sessions provide an opportunity for property owners to ask questions and learn more about how to work with the City Planning Commission.

Ready to speak to a building professional? Come prepared! Please bring as much information as possible, including pictures of the issue and architectural or schematic drawings, if available.

Stephen Kroll

Stephen Kroll is a Planning Administrator with the City of New Orleans City Planning Commission. In this role, he manages the department’s review of development applications, including zoning entitlement, design review, and subdivision proposals. He has been with the City Planning Commission since 2006 and holds Master’s Degrees in Urban and Regional Planning and Public Administration from the University of New Orleans and a Bachelor’s Degree from Tulane University.
