Financials

The Preservation Alliance of New Orleans, Inc., d/b/a Preservation Resource Center of New Orleans (“PRC”), is classified as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt charitable organization and qualifies as a public charity under Section 509(a)(1) of the Internal Revenue Code (“IRC”).

Donors may deduct contributions to the PRC as provided under Section 170 of the IRC [specifically Section 170(b)(1)(A)(vi)]. Please consult your tax advisor regarding deductibility of bequests, legacies, and other donations for Federal estate and gift tax purposes.
